About the business
Who we are
Rogers Logistics LLC is a motor carrier based in Ashburn, Virginia, operating under MC 1696582 and DOT 4341899. We run freight nationwide with a fleet of leased-on owner-operators.
We are not a load board and we are not a broker taking a cut off a screen. Carriers lease on to our authority and get a dispatcher who knows their truck, their lanes and their clock. We handle the freight, the rate confirmations, the appointments, the paperwork and the follow-up so the driver's job stays driving.
Most of the trucks running with us are straight box trucks and hotshots, working regional and long-haul lanes out of Texas, the Southeast and the West Coast. If you own your truck and you want steady freight without standing up your own authority, insurance and compliance file, that is exactly what we do.

Equipment
The trucks we run
Owner-operators and small fleets running their own equipment. These two are the backbone of what we dispatch.
Straight box truck
Single-unit box trucks running dry freight, palletized loads and LTL-style regional work.
- 24 ft and 26 ft boxes, liftgate a plus
- Class 3 to Class 7, non-CDL and CDL both welcome
- Regional and long-haul lanes
Hotshot
Dually pickups pulling gooseneck flatbeds — time-sensitive, oversized and partial loads that a full trailer cannot take economically.
- Hotshot 40 gooseneck, tandem and triple axle
- Flatbed, tilt deck and step deck
- Expedited and partial freight
Also welcome
Why run with us
Everything under one roof
You drive. We handle the freight, the paperwork and the follow-up. One dispatcher who knows your truck, your lanes and your hours.
Reliable dispatch
A dispatcher you can reach by name, not a call centre. Loads booked, appointments set, and the details sent to you before you roll.
Timely payments
Settlements run on a set schedule, with the rate confirmation and the paperwork behind every line. No chasing anyone to find out where your money is.
ELDs provided
We supply the ELD, so you are compliant from your first load and not paying a separate subscription to get there.
Loads planned around your hours
Freight is booked against the clock you actually have left. Realistic pickup and delivery windows, so Hours of Service stays a plan and not a problem.
Run under our authority
Lease on to MC 1696582 and skip the cost and the wait of standing up your own authority, insurance and compliance file.
Compliance handled
Insurance, permits and the filings that keep you legal are managed on our side, with reminders before anything comes due.
How it works
From application to first load
Three steps. Most carriers are moving freight inside a week, depending on how quickly the paperwork comes back.
Apply
Fill in the carrier application below. It takes a couple of minutes — we need your truck, your equipment and how to reach you.
Talk to a dispatcher
A dispatcher calls you within one business day to go through your lanes, your rates and the lease-on paperwork.
Get dispatched
Once you are set up under MC 1696582, we start sending loads that fit your truck and the hours you have left.

“Fully satisfied from every department — the MC itself, the dispatch. It works really well, I hardly miss a good load. Keeps me running all the time, and the compliance is good too.”
“Hi, I'm Alyssa, and I'm working with this MC and its dispatch team. It's been a really good experience — everything works smoothly, and they adjust everything according to the situation. Keeps me running in profit.”
Questions
Before you apply
Do I need my own authority?
No. That is the point of leasing on. You run under MC 1696582, which means our operating authority, our insurance and our compliance file — not yours. If you already hold your own authority, tell the dispatcher on the call and we will talk through which arrangement makes more sense for you.
What equipment do you take?
Straight box trucks and hotshots are the backbone of what we dispatch, and we also run cargo vans, sprinters, flatbeds and step decks. Small fleets are welcome. If your equipment is not on the list, call anyway — we would rather hear from you than lose a good carrier over a category.
How and when do I get paid?
Settlements run weekly. Your dispatcher confirms the exact schedule on the setup call. Every settlement line comes with the rate confirmation and the signed BOL behind it, so you can check the math yourself.
Our dispatch fee is confirmed in writing before you take your first load. There are no hidden deductions.
Do I have to buy an ELD?
No. We provide the ELD, so you are compliant from your first load without a separate subscription. Dispatch uses the same log data to plan loads around the hours you actually have left.
What insurance do I need to carry?
You carry physical damage coverage and occupational accident insurance on your own equipment. Liability and cargo coverage run under our authority. The dispatcher will go through the exact requirements on the setup call.
Where do you run?
Nationwide. Our carriers work regional and long-haul lanes, with a lot of freight moving out of Texas, the Southeast and the West Coast. Tell the dispatcher the lanes you want and the ones you will not take, and we book against that.
When can I reach dispatch?
Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM Eastern, on (703) 839-2336 or at info@rogerslogistics.co. Leave a message outside those hours and we will come back to you the next business day.
Will you text me?
Only if you ask us to. The mobile number on the application is optional, and text updates start only when you tick the consent box — consent is never a condition of applying or of being offered a load. You can reply STOP at any time and we will reach you by phone or email instead. The full programme details are in our SMS terms.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026This policy explains what personal information Rogers Logistics LLC collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies to this website and to the text messaging programme we operate.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of information sharing described in this policy and will not be sold, rented or shared with anyone.
1. What personal information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identity and contact information — your first and last name, company name, mailing or base address, email address, and telephone number, including the mobile telephone number you give us for text messages.
- Business and operating information — your MC number, DOT number, equipment type, number of trucks, home state or base city, preferred lanes, and years of driving experience.
- Information you volunteer — how you heard about us and anything you write in the notes field of our application form.
- Communication records — emails, calls and text messages between you and our dispatch staff, including records of the messages we send you.
- SMS consent records — whether you ticked the box consenting to text messages, and the date, time and source of that consent. We keep these records to prove consent was given and to honour opt-outs.
- Technical information — our web host records standard server log data such as IP address, browser type and the time of your visit.
We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, bank details or driver's licence number through this website. If you are accepted and move to onboarding, those documents are collected separately and directly, never through a web form.
2. How we use personal information
We use the information above only to run our carrier operation. Specifically:
- To respond to your enquiry and process your carrier application
- To assess whether your equipment, lanes and safety record fit the freight we run
- To onboard you and set you up under our authority if you decide to lease on
- To dispatch you — offering loads, sending dispatch instructions, pickup and delivery details, and appointment reminders
- To handle paperwork, BOLs, settlements and payment
- To send compliance, ELD and account notifications
- To send you text messages, if and only if you have opted in — see our SMS terms for the message types and frequency
- To keep the records we are required to keep under DOT and FMCSA rules
- To maintain the security of this website and prevent fraudulent applications
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build profiles on you for any purpose unrelated to dispatch.
3. Who we share personal information with
We share personal information only with the following, and only to the extent needed:
- Our own staff — the dispatchers and administrative staff of Rogers Logistics LLC who handle your application, loads and paperwork.
- Service providers acting on our behalf — our web form provider, our email provider and our messaging provider. These are subcontractors in support services, they act on our instructions, and they may use the information only to deliver the service to us.
- Brokers, shippers and receivers — where a load requires it, we pass on the operating details needed to book, pick up and deliver that load, such as driver name, phone number, truck and trailer details and insurance certificates.
- Insurers and compliance partners — where needed to add you to coverage or to meet a regulatory requirement.
- Authorities — where the law requires it, such as a subpoena, a court order, or a lawful request from the FMCSA or DOT.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Carrier contact lists get sold constantly in this industry — we do not participate. We will not pass your details to third-party marketers, lead brokers or insurance sellers.
4. SMS and mobile information
SMS consent is not shared with third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in section 3 above. Your mobile number is disclosed to our messaging provider for the sole technical purpose of delivering the messages you asked for, and to no one else for any messaging purpose.
We do not buy, rent or import phone number lists. Every number in our messaging programme was given to us directly by the person who owns it, through the consent methods described under SMS / Text Messaging Terms, and we keep a dated record of that consent.
Consent to receive text messages is optional. It is never a condition of applying, of leasing on to our authority, or of being offered a load. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to any message, by emailing info@rogerslogistics.co, or by calling (703) 839-2336 during dispatch hours. Message and data rates may apply. Full details, including message frequency and how to get help, are in our SMS terms.
5. How long we keep personal information
Applications from carriers we do not end up working with are kept for up to 12 months, in case circumstances change, and are then deleted. Records of carriers who lease on are kept for as long as the business relationship lasts, and afterwards for the period required by DOT recordkeeping rules and Virginia law. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept for at least four years, as messaging regulations require.
6. How we protect personal information
Access to applications and dispatch records is limited to staff who need it. Our form, email and messaging providers are established services that encrypt data in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not keep payment details or government identification numbers on this website.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. If we add analytics or other tools in future, this section will be updated to name them.
8. Your choices and your rights
Email info@rogerslogistics.co or call (703) 839-2336 to ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We action deletion requests within 30 days unless we are required to keep the records.
You can opt out of text messages at any time without affecting your lease, your loads or your pay — we will simply reach you by phone or email instead.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws such as the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act or the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what is collected and the right to opt out of sale — which is straightforward here, because we do not sell personal information. Contact us at the address above to exercise them.
9. Children
This site is for commercial drivers and carriers. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version appears here with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting the text messaging programme will also be notified by text or email.

Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 July 2026By using this website you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the site.
What this site is
This website describes the services of Rogers Logistics LLC and lets carriers apply to lease on to our authority. It is informational.
Nothing here is an offer or a contract
Submitting an application does not create an agreement between us. It does not guarantee you will be accepted, that freight will be available, or that any rate, percentage or pay schedule described on this site will apply to you.
Any working relationship begins only when both parties sign a written lease agreement. That signed agreement governs everything — compensation, deductions, insurance, duration and termination. Where anything on this website differs from the signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Information on this site
We keep the content here accurate and current, but rates, availability, lanes and terms change with the market. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of earnings. What a carrier makes depends on the freight they run, how they run it, and conditions outside anyone's control.
What you tell us
You agree the information you submit is truthful, and that you're authorised to submit it. Applications with false MC or DOT numbers, or misrepresented equipment, safety or insurance status, will be rejected.
Text messaging
Rogers Logistics LLC operates a text messaging programme for carrier applicants and leased-on carriers. Taking part is optional and is never a condition of applying, of leasing on, or of being offered a load.
- Programme: Rogers Logistics Dispatch Alerts, sent from (703) 839-2336.
- Message types: application updates, load offers, dispatch instructions, pickup and delivery reminders, paperwork and settlement reminders, compliance and ELD notices, account notifications.
- Frequency: varies with your activity — roughly 2–10 messages per week while you are running with us; fewer before you lease on.
- Cost: we charge nothing for these messages. Message and data rates may apply under your own mobile plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message. Help: reply HELP, or call (703) 839-2336, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm EST.
- Privacy: SMS consent is not shared with third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How to join and the exact consent wording are set out under SMS / Text Messaging Terms, and data handling is covered by our Privacy Policy. Those sections form part of these terms.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Last updated: 28 August 2026These terms govern the text messaging programme operated by Rogers Logistics LLC. Taking part is optional. You are never required to opt in to apply, to lease on, or to receive loads.
In this section, “carrier” means your mobile network operator — not a motor carrier. Our lease terms for owner-operators are a separate document, described under Carrier Agreement below.
1. Consent to receive SMS messages
By giving us your mobile number and ticking the SMS box on our application form, by texting START to (703) 839-2336, or by telling your dispatcher you want text updates, you consent to receive automated text messages from Rogers Logistics LLC at that number. The exact consent wording is set out under “How to opt in” below. Messages may include:
- Updates on your carrier application
- Available loads matching your equipment and lanes
- Dispatch instructions and load status updates
- Pickup, delivery and appointment reminders
- Paperwork, BOL and settlement reminders
- Compliance and ELD notices
- Account notifications
- Occasional programme updates, if you have opted in to them
Consent is not a condition of applying to run under our authority or of any load being offered to you.
2. Message frequency
Frequency varies with your activity and the freight moving. While you are actively running with us, expect roughly 2–10 MESSAGES PER WEEK. Applicants who have not yet leased on will receive far fewer.
3. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Rogers Logistics LLC does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to every message sent and received. Check your plan with your provider if you are unsure what those rates are.
4. How to opt in
I agree to receive SMS messages from Rogers Logistics LLC regarding my carrier application, available loads, dispatch instructions, pickup and delivery information, paperwork and settlement reminders, compliance and ELD notices, and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. For assistance, text HELP or visit our website at https://rogerslogistics.co/. Visit https://rogerslogistics.co/privacy-policy for privacy policy and https://rogerslogistics.co/#sms for SMS terms of services.
We do not share or sell your information.
5. Supported carriers
Our messages are supported on major US mobile networks including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular and participating regional carriers. Availability is not guaranteed on every network, and carriers may change which programmes they support without notice to us.
6. How to opt out
Stop messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
- Emailing info@rogerslogistics.co
- Calling (703) 839-2336 during dispatch hours
You will receive one confirmation message and then nothing further. Opting out of texts does not affect your lease, your loads or your pay — we will simply reach you by phone or email instead. To start again, reply START or tell your dispatcher.
7. How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, email info@rogerslogistics.co, or call (703) 839-2336, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm EST.
8. Privacy and data protection
SMS consent is not shared with third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging provider, is restricted to what is needed to deliver the messages. All other use or sharing of mobile opt-in data and consent is excluded.
Your number and message history are handled under our Privacy Policy. Our full site terms are under Terms of Service.
9. Service availability
We do not guarantee the messaging service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or end it at any time. Do not rely on text messages for anything time-critical or safety-related. If a load, an appointment or a breakdown needs a decision, call us.
10. Carrier liability
Neither Rogers Logistics LLC nor any participating mobile carrier is liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through our programme.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by text or email, and the revised version will appear here with a new date. Continuing in the programme after a change means you accept it.
12. Your responsibilities
- Give us an accurate mobile number that belongs to you
- Tell us straight away if your number changes, so messages meant for you don't reach someone else
- Don't use the messaging service for any unlawful purpose
- Don't attempt to abuse, overload or circumvent the service
13. Compliance
This programme is operated in line with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, together with applicable federal, state and mobile carrier requirements.
Carrier Agreement
Lease agreement informationCarriers who run under our authority sign a written lease agreement before their first load. It is a separate document, provided during onboarding and signed by both parties. It is not published on this website, and no part of this page replaces it.
What the agreement covers
- The parties, and the equipment covered
- When the lease starts and how either side ends it
- Exclusive possession, control and responsibility for the equipment while under our authority
- Compensation — the percentage or amount, and how it's calculated
- When you get paid after submitting delivery paperwork
- Insurance: what's carried, who pays, and what is deducted
- Any escrow or maintenance account, what comes out of it, and when it's returned
- Chargebacks and deductions, itemised
- Your right to see the documents used to calculate your pay
To request a copy of the lease agreement, contact us at info@rogerslogistics.co or (703) 839-2336.
